The Archimatrix design studio is located opposite to Welcare Hospital, Vytilla.
The studio focuses on specialising the design process on creating hospitals. We go through detailed feasibiliy studies, preparation of bussiness plans based on different revenue models, prepare standard operating proceudres based on user group discussions. The design is taken as the last step after all the necessary research and studeis.
Young architects are being trained to focus on the same.

What you do apart from architecture?
Services design and Coordination is vital in case of Hospital design. 20 different services are involved in a hospital design which is shown on left side of the page.
What is your experience in this field?
Our Senior partner Sri. Sasidhar Cherukuri, Principal Architect is 25years experienced in hospital design.He is the founder of ArchiMedes India Associates formed in the year 1995. S.Sathiapalan Senior Structural Engineer is working in this field for last 30years, S.Sachin, Cheif Architect formed Archimatrix on the year 2013, he has an experience of 8years.
What all kinds of projects you do?
We focus on Hospital projects under Archimatrix
However Parent Company SafeMatrix mainly does Shopping Malls, Office Complexes and Premium Residences
What is the cost of the project you design?
Cost of the project is based on the Business Plan and the Market Survey on the demand and gap of the region. Based on the Business Plan proposed by the client we propose a revenue model and the loan split up, then we decide the facility mix to be built.
What is the fee you charge for designing?
We can forward you our offer when contacted directly to our office.
Whether you take up construction also?
No, we would prefer to focus on the consultancy services that we are providing for you, but we can always refer contacts of contractors who are familiar through our completed projects to take up the projects.
Do you take up projects of all scales?
Yes, we take up projects based on the client’s aspiration to make good and creative developments.
Can we see some of your completed projects?
We would prefer to show completed projects photographs in our office to avoid disturbing the privacy of the client. You can always visit ongoing sites.
Do you take charges for visiting the site?
No, we don’t take charges for initial visit of the site, but a nominal fee will be charged for site visits during construction.
Do you do supervision of the projects?
We do site checking at regular intervals, however we can employ good project management team at client’s expense if required for the smooth run of the project.
Can you design only elevation for us?
No, we don’t prefer to do only elevation design as we believe the design of a project is to be done as a whole some, elevation cannot be separately seen in design.
What all we need to bring on the discussion with you?
We would prefer you to bring Total Station/Digital survey in Auto Cad format. For government approval we require a copy of land documents, survey sketch and procession certificate from village office and tax paid receipt of the land.
Where should we meet first?
We would prefer to meet you on one of our offices first, and then we would like to visit the site.
