About Us:
Parent Company SAFEMATRIX was founded in the name of ‘SAFE’ for providing architecture and mainly engineering way back in 1986. Later when Architect S.Sachin was doing his architecture, the company SAFE was merged with an interior design and execution company named MATRIX from Dubai and was renamed as SAFEMATRIX. It was registered as a Pvt Ltd company on 2008.
This company has a history of 30years providing architecture and structural engineering in the local context and it also has the experience of working with international companies in providing formwork design for various airports and huge shopping malls in the Middle East. It is also associating with national level reputed firms in providing architecture for Corporate Hospitals in Kerala.
S.Sathiapalan, Post Graduated in Construction Management and Business Administration heads the Structural Design part of the company and his son, S.Sachin, Post Graduated in Urban Design is the Principal Architect. Both work as a team in handling architecture and structural design as in-house.
They also have Dr. P.V ChandraMohan, Design Head of Bangalore ‘Namma Metro’ and Ar.Sasidhar Cherukuri, Principal Architect of ArchiMedes group as advisers and associates for major projects in Kerala. Sister Concern ARCHIMATRIX works from Cochin is a JV Company between ArchiMedes and SafeMatrix for designing Corporate Hospitals in Kerala.
The company is very well capable of designing wide range of buildings in different scales. They are doing critically acclaimed residential projects and also commercially viable big scale projects. Principal architect recently won Architectural awards for designing best Green Home in Kerala. Architecture is always been a passion for them, growth of the company especially in last 5 years indicates the same.
